Have you ever considered where the focus of your eyes is when you sit or stand. Do you look at the horizon, down at the ground or up at the sky?

In this lesson you explore how you can use the eyes to tonify the muscles so that your muscles start to work more efficiently. As the lesson unfolds the focus shifts to the organisation of the head. How can the head be upright so that it is easier for your eyes to look around and maintain balance.
