In this lesson we explore the interplay between the pelvis and head. The pelvis is the powerhouse of the body, The biggest and strongest muscles are attached tot he pelvis. Through the senses located within the head we orientate and interact with he world. The spine connects the pelvis and head. Everyday activity can be enhanced by improving the coordination between the pelvis, head, spine and ribs. This lesson consists of 5 parts.
