This is the sixth lesson of the Foundational series.
The key learning in this lesson is to find the support on the sit bones.
When the nervous system recognises the skeletal support, it allows the hamstring muscles to lengthen. Incorporating the chest and head in the forward bend brings extra ease and flexibility. This lesson has the potential to improve the comfort within the lower back.
